Job Description

• Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including relocations, expatriations, and repatriations.
• Ensure compliance with international tax, immigration, and employment laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop mobility policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors for visa, tax, and relocation services.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility-related data and generate required reports.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on mobility-related matters.
• Analyse and optimise global mobility programmes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Stay updated on global mobility trends and regulatory changes in the engineering industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Mobility Manager should have :

• Educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in global mobility processes within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment regulations.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using HR and mobility-related software tools.
• Atleast 12 years of relevant experince
