Role Overview
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and handson Associate – Growth Marketing Operations to implement and optimize CashKaro’s growth strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under pressure, is willing to “roll up their sleeves,” and can deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will play a key role in app homepage optimization, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and GTM planning (Push Notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) —ensuring impactful execution and continuous performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution :
Manage app homepage optimization, CRO, and GTM planning.
Plan and execute communication campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, Push Notifications, In-App Messages).
Create campaign messaging and coordinate with the creative and design teams.
Collaborate closely with Design and Front-End Operations teams for timely execution.
Monitoring & Optimization :
Analyze campaign impact and iteratively optimize for better performance.
Conduct daily monitoring to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
Homepage Management :
Ensure timely updates and maintenance of homepage inventories aligned with segment objectives and retailer promotions.
Work on A / B testing and layout improvements for higher conversions.
Operations Management :
Act as a key point of contact for channel partners to resolve operational challenges.
Oversee consumption tracking, invoicing support, and partner communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with design, partnerships, product, data, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Must-Have Skills
Engineering / Science Background
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset from an engineering foundation.
B2C – ecommerce / quick commerce / paytm / gpay / gaming / ott / telecom
Experience in managing app-specific homepage elements such as banners, homepage inventories, product and category pages, payment pages , and engagement features like gamification (tournaments), loyalty programs , and various shopping sections .
Campaign Management Experience
Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, Push Notifications, Email, and In-App channels.
Experience with CDP Tools (CleverTap / WebEngage / Similar)
Hands-on experience managing multi-channel user engagement campaigns via CDPs.
Cross-Functional Exposure
Experience collaborating with teams such as Frontend Operations, Brand, Design, Product, and Data.
Data Recording & Analysis Skills
Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or GA for tracking and insights.
