Job descriptionMandatory Skills : Stakeholder Management Benefits Management Pursuit / Proposal Management Project Planning Risk / Crisis Management Project Governance Account Management & Mining Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with presales processes and market research techniques Knowledge of Oracle ERP product portfolio (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in end-to-end ERP bid lifecycle , including RFP / RFI response management
- Create compelling proposal content and ensure alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely deliverables
- Maintain and update a knowledge repository for bid management and sales support
- Conduct market research and assist in presales / business development activities
- Take complete ownership of assigned bids and ensure strong follow-up until closure
- Adhere to organizational standards and best practices in bid management
