Job description

As the Outside Operations Manager at Lytegen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all outdoor operations, ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly. This management position is responsible for leading a team of field staff and contractors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, navigating on-site challenges while fostering a culture of efficiency and responsiveness. Your leadership will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our projects and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and supervise outdoor operations and field teams
  • Develop operational plans and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a construction or field-related environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing on-site teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
