Description
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our IT products and solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, marketing automation expertise, and a deep understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, search, and display).
- Identify target audiences, segment lists, and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals and lead quality requirements.
- Develop and manage landing pages, forms, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns continuously for improved ROI and lead quality.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging campaign assets.
- Manage marketing databases and ensure data accuracy for outreach and nurturing campaigns.
- Research and implement new lead generation tools, trends, and best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email automation platforms.Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and customer journey mapping.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.Experience :
