Join WNS Global Services as an Associate / Sr. Associate – Voice & Chat Process!

Location : Weikfield IT Citi Info Park, Viman Nagar, Pune

Process : International Voice & Chat Support

Shift : Rotational (including night shift)

Eligibility : Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream), 0–3 years’ experience

What You’ll Do :

Handle customer queries via voice & chat
Deliver accurate info & resolutions
Ensure customer satisfaction
