They are prepared fresh everyday in our ayurvedic kitchen, out of whole and raw ingredients such as fresh milk, curd, fruit pulps, flowers, herbs, nut & spices. They are finally tested clinically for efficacy & safety. This offering of Fresh Ayurveda has made a mark in the Indian personal care industry.

Job Summary : Join our visionary team as Product Manager, driving innovation and growth for the Direct-to-Consumer business of Nat Habit. You will be responsible for the optimization of our website, oversee the development of a new app and drive the topline through continuous improvement in conversion rates and AOV.

Key Responsibilities :

Platform Optimization :

  • Lead the enhancement and optimization of the current website for an improved user experience and subsequently conversions.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience.
  • Ideate and execute new features to drive business objectives.

Product Planning :

  • Develop and communicate a product roadmap to drive revenue through CRO, improving retention and AOV.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to make inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align product initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making :

  • Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions and measure product success.
  • Implement A / B testing and other methods to optimize features and functionalities.
  • Ideal candidate will have :

  • Around 4-7 years of experience in product & growth role in B2C segment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through website and app improvements
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from available data and convert them in to implementable ideas.
  • Bias for action and ownership to drive projects from ideation to completion efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of key business objectives and ability to drive innovations for achieving them.
  • Work Location : Udyog Vihar - Phase III, Gurgaon
