Role description :

This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Location : This role can be based out of any of the offices in the 3 GEC countries, Philippines, Romania, or India.

Technical Director, Structures

This is a new role in the organization and focusses on US & / or Canada business of Mobility. It would play a role in 'Market to Opportunities' to 'Pursuit to Win' to 'Deliver to Results' stages of a project. It involves managing and supporting the pursuit of business opportunities and the successful execution of projects within the organization. This role requires a combination of technical competencies, exposure to US & / or Canada mobility projects, strategic thinking, people management, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the business landscape. The candidate needs to manage the existing teams and would also get involved in developing the team in terms of competency and capacity to cater to the increased project demand coming from US & / or Canada. The role needs to deliver to the expectations of a project in quality, time, budget and a possible value addition. The role prefers a Chartership. This role is responsible for handling entire US & / or Canada' business for GEC.

• Assist US & / or Canada business in evaluating pursuit opportunities and contributing insights on capacity and capability.
• Collaborate with the pursuits team to streamline decision-making processes for pursuing projects.
