Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The role also involves contributing to human resource strategies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.
• Strong skills in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering teamwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or cold chain industry is a plus
