About the Role

Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities

• This role encompasses a blend of strategic oversight and technical proficiency, responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of performance management solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements.
• Should have experience in configuring and developing compensation modules, good with from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live.
• Will work as mentors to junior team members while carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
• Expected to configure sales compensation applications, design system architecture, analyze operational procedures, and assist customers in utilizing features to meet their needs.
• It involves configuring business calculations, building process flows, and providing technical leadership, requiring extensive experience with Varicent tools and a strong understanding of incentive compensation systems.
• Should be able to convert requirements into technical solutions, mentor the team.

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Varicent. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
