Role Overview

We’re hiring a Flutter Developer to join our core product team for the Urban Teacher App a growing social and professional platform for educators. The ideal candidate is someone who writes clean, scalable code, understands user experience, and can collaborate closely with backend and design teams to deliver production-ready features.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain features for the Urban Teacher App (Android & iOS)

Integrate Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions, FCM)

Collaborate with backend and design teams to ensure smooth workflows

Write efficient, maintainable code following best practices

Test and debug across devices for reliability and performance

Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

Solid understanding of Firebase.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Familiarity with app deployment processes (Play Store & App Store)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment

Preferred Experience

Prior work on production-grade apps

Familiarity with UI / UX principles and responsive design

Experience in EdTech or community-driven applications is a plus
