About Us

At Bipolar Factory, we’re a fast-moving tech startup building cutting-edge products in AI, automation, and digital platforms. We move quickly, work collaboratively, and care deeply about doing things the right way. We’re now looking for a Junior Project Manager who’s eager to jump in, take ownership, and help teams deliver excellent work — on time and with clarity.

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan and manage the execution of multiple product and feature-level projects.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down business objectives into sprints, tasks, and clear workflows.
  • Facilitate and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs.
  • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays — and support mitigation efforts.
  • Keep all task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible.
  • Use Linear daily to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure visibility across teams.
  • Report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how we scope, plan, and execute work.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role
  • Solid grasp of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool
  • Great communication and collaboration skills — written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a knack for keeping things on track.
  • A proactive mindset — you're detail-oriented, follow through, and don’t let things slip.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a tech, SaaS, or AI startup environment.
  • Familiarity with other tools we use, like Slack, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Exposure to client-facing projects or external stakeholder communication.
