About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Creative to define and drive the brand’s creative vision across every touchpoint. The role involves shaping the brand’s voice, visual identity, and storytelling — building culture-forward ideas that connect deeply with the audience.

This is a hands-on creative leadership position for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, design, and storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling content, and a cohesive brand experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Define and uphold the brand’s creative vision across copy, design, and content.
• Translate business and marketing goals into cohesive creative concepts and campaigns.
• Bridge brand strategy and execution, ensuring creative alignment with brand identity and purpose.
