I'm excited to share that Alepaa is entering a high-growth phase, and I'm now looking for a Co-Founder & Growth Partner who can join me in scaling this purpose-driven ecosystem.

About Alepaa :

Alepaa is a social-luxury slow fashion brand built inside the Little Flower Leprosy Village, Raxaul.

We produce handcrafted premium bags made from Khadi and handloom fabrics, while empowering marginalized women and families affected by leprosy.

What I'm looking for :

Someone who thinks like an entrepreneur

Strong command over operations / marketing / sales / business development / tech (any one core vertical)

Passionate about sustainability, impact, and building large-scale value

Comfortable working hands-on in the early phase

Long-term commitment and ownership mindset

Role Details :

Position : Co-Founder & Growth Partner

Equity Dilution : 5% – 15% (based on expertise, involvement & value creation)

This is an equity-only role initially — ideal for someone who wants to build, not just "work"
