Job descriptionExecute end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting on Meta and Google Ads. Drive performance marketing initiatives for lead generation, app installs, and other ROI-focused objectives. Deliver insights, performance reviews, and actionable recommendations to clients. Lead campaign performance discussions and present optimisation strategies to clients. Ensure clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. 2–5 years of experience in campaign planning & operations within digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Proficiency in at least one major biddable platform (Meta or Google Ads); knowledge of both is preferred. Strong expertise in performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, app installs, conversion campaigns). Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into insights. About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager – Social Media & Biddable Platforms to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)—with proficiency in at least one of the platforms being a must. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of performance marketing across objectives such as lead generation, app installs, and conversion-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Solutioning
- Work with the BD team to understand client briefs and craft effective media plans.
- Forecast campaign performance metrics, recommend audience targeting, and outline creative requirements.
2. Campaign Operations – Execution, Management & Optimisation
3. Client Communication & Coordination
