Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

✨ Key Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications , or related field

8+ years of experience in software development with :

3+ years in IVR development

2+ years in team leadership

Hands-on experience with IVR platforms (Twilio, M365)

Certifications in Twilio / Cyara are a plus

Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines

Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Confluence

Strong understanding of security and privacy standards for customer data

Proficiency in .NET, Java, Node.js , and other scripting languages

Excellent leadership, communication , and analytical skills
