Responsibilties :
Sell our Workforce Solutions (background verification, onboarding tech, ID screening) to large enterprises across industries like BFSI, tech, e-commerce, and logistics.Act as a consultative partner-understand the client's hiring lifecycle and pain points, and design tailored solutions using AuthBridge's tech platform.Own the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and pitching to closure and onboarding handover.Build lasting relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and HR Heads, becoming their go- to for hiring trust.Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sell, and strategic account expansion.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery) to shape deals, demos, and go-to-market strategy.Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to fine-tune sales approaches and win strategies.Keep CRM tools updated and forecasting razor-sharp.Eligibility Criteria :
5-10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales-HR tech, SaaS, background verification, or workforce management preferred.Proven ability to sell to large enterprises, navigate multi-level decision makers, and close complex deals.Strong consultative and solution-selling skills-you're a problem-solver, not a product pusher.Excellent communicator-verbal, written, and visual (you know your way around a sharp pitch deck).Tech-savvy : experience with CRMs, sales automation tools, and digital product sales.Growth mindset-you don't wait for leads, you create opportunities.
