Job Role : Business Strategy Leader (Procurement BU)
Main Responsibilities
Be a member in APAC leadership teams and in an active way contribute to the development of the departments.
Manage annual business planning / strategy cycle including coordination of timing, topics, involvement, alignment, and preparations for business strategy meetings.
Develop, implement, and drive the long-term planning process. Define the strategy and operational plans (i.e., what strategies and plans should there be) and follow up on the execution of it. T
rack the major milestones and project deliverables within APAC Purchasing.
Lead in formulating the APAC Purchasing Business Plan. Lead and drive strategic projects for the management team within APAC. Drive Knowledge Management development and deployment.
Lead the communication within APAC Purchasing , Business Strategy network, Communications & Brands .Work with continuous improvements in APAC Purchasing.
With the team, take an active part in the strategic APAC Purchasing activities. Lead the various management coordination activities for the APAC Purchasing Management team, such as meeting and agenda planning, working closely with the Executive Assistant and lead the Business Plan progression, etc.
