Job description

Grow Your Staff is looking for an Outreach Specialist . The position is a part-time remote opportunity.

Experience required : 6 months-1 year

We are open to hiring candidates with less experience if they demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage potential clients.

Pay : 20,000 / month

Location : Remote

Time : 7 : 00 / 8 : 00- 11 : 00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). 3-4 hours per day

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to potential clients overseas via phone calls , generating leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Introduce the company and its services clearly and persuasively, creating interest and engaging potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by asking the right questions and assessing if they meet the required criteria for further follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM software.
  • Follow up on leads and engage in nurturing conversations to keep the potential clients interested.
  • Handle objections effectively, ensuring prospects stay engaged and open to conversations.
  • Research potential clients and make targeted calls based on identified business needs and market trends.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the sales and business development teams , aligning outreach strategies and improving lead quality.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
  • Manage client expectations by setting clear next steps and ensuring they understand the value the company brings.
  • Adapt your communication style to match the client’s needs, whether it's informational, problem-solving, or sales-driven.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to communicate effectively and confidently during calls.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 1 year of cold calling or telemarketing experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle objections and engage with potential clients professionally.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM tools or lead management software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn .
