Role Overview

As an Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager and Founding Team to strengthen TripyPackage's on-ground and vendor operations.

You'll help onboard travel partners, manage package listings, and support day-to-day coordination that keeps our travel ecosystem running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new travel agencies, hotel partners, transport vendors, and trip captains.
• Assist in creating and managing detailed travel package listings (pricing, itineraries, images, inclusions, exclusions, etc.).
• Conduct market and destination research to discover trending locations and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect accurate information and maintain verified records.
• Support daily operational workflows, including bookings, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance vendor engagement, listing quality, and TripyPackage's marketplace visibility.
• Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for vendor onboarding and trip execution.
