Overview of the role :
This role will drive strategic projects that shape the future of our products and services at our large technology delivery centre in Bengaluru.
As a Programme Manager, you will oversee and coordinate high-profile strategic projects within our organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, thereby contributing significantly to our mission of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key responsibilities :
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team.
Risk Management :
Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project successProject Planning and Execution :
Plan, initiate, and execute technical projects. This includes gathering business requirements, creating project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Progress Monitoring :
Track project progress and work with Product / Platform leads to make necessary adjustments.Compliance : Ensure all projects adhere to company policies and Coordination :
Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to meet project objectives.Engage with project owners, sponsors, and global leadership as neededStrategic Alignment :
Ensuring that all projects within the program align with the organization's strategic goals and objectivesLead Delivery :
Manage the delivery of multiple large-scale technology change projects within a single programme, from initiation to completionTeam Leadership :
They lead and manage teams of developers, designers, and other technical staff, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycleResource Allocation :
Efficiently managing resources, including personnel, budget, and time, to optimize project outcomesQuality Assurance :
Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and specificationsOwn delivery across a number of large, related technology change projects as part of a single programme of work, from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring each project is aligned across the wider programme to ensure shared outcomes are monitored and achieved.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met (including Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, Marketing & Sales) and where necessary, engage with project owners, sponsors and global leadership.Monitor project progress and work with Product / Platform leads to make adjustments as necessary.Identify and mitigate risks to deliver project success.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Line management of two Scrum Masters across remote locations and own the community of practice for project deliveryCandidate Attributes :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project / programme management.Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a global, distributed business.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Experience in the technology or software development industry, with a strong understanding of product management processes and best practices.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM.Preferred Experience :
