Designation : Manager Costing & Budgeting

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose : The Manager Costing & Budgeting will be responsible for independently driving cost estimation budgeting cost monitoring rate analysis and value engineering across assigned projects / sites of Godrej Properties Limited (GPL). The role involves leading cross-functional collaboration guiding consultants / vendors and implementing systems & process improvements to ensure robust financial control efficiency and risk mitigation.

Educational Qualification :

• B.E. / in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 10-12 years of experience in cost estimation cost planning and budgeting (billing experience an advantage)
• Prior exposure to large-scale high-rise residential / commercial projects preferred
