Job descriptionStrong command of Hindi and English ; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage. Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence. Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look. Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus. Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives. About the Role

As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner , you will engage with customers over chat and video calls , helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in text or video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness.
- Build warm, empathetic connections while maintaining professionalism.
- Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
- Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.
