We are looking for a dedicated Customer Tech Support Representative with a strong background in

biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related medical science field. This individual will play a key role in assisting our customers with technical issues, product inquiries, and solutions, ensuring a seamless experience with our cutting-edge medical diagnostic products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site interactions.
• Address customer inquiries about product functionality and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Document customer queries, resolutions, and feedback systematically.
• Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations for customers as needed.
• Assist in developing and updating user manuals and FAQs.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product designs or processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

[IT Park, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat]
