Lead Analyst- Operations(Data Stewardship & MDM Ops)

Spectral Consultants is currently hiring Senior / Lead Analyst- Data Stewardship & MDM Operations role for one of the leading US-based management consulting firm .

This role focuses on end-to-end MDM operations, data stewardship support, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

Location : Bengaluru | Experience : 3.1–7years | Only Immediate to 15days notice period can apply

Key Requirements

Experience in MDM operations (any tool; Reltio preferred )

4.5–6 years in MDM / Data Stewardship / Data Management

Strong hands-on skills in SQL

Understanding of data integration / ETL

Exposure to data investigations, load monitoring & data mastering

Cloud experience preferred

Pharma domain experience is good to have (not mandatory)

Familiarity with pharma tools is beneficial
