Senior Architectural CAD Technician

Are you a technically strong professional who can transform creative ideas into precise construction drawings?

We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsperson with excellent AutoCAD skills, a deep understanding of architecture and interior detailing, and experience handling premium residential, commercial, and retail projects . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with designers and architects to translate concept sketches into accurate, buildable technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to convert concepts into detailed documentation.
• Modify and update drawings as per project or client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to design intent, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and vendor teams for accurate integration.
• Maintain organized drawing archives and digital documentation.
• Conduct site visits or measurements for drafting accuracy.
• Support creation of 3D visuals, renders, and presentation layouts when required.
• Stay updated with drafting technologies, detailing standards, and material innovations.
