Area Service Manager

The Opportunity :

Under broad supervision, perform advanced repairs, preventative maintenance and installation for equipment and devices offered by Avantor. Diagnoses and troubleshoots complex systems. Provides technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment. Serve as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors, but does not formally supervise others.

Under close supervision, provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and calibration to Diagnostics instruments; HPLC, Biochemistry, Hematology Analyser, and immunoassay Analyser. Perform installations. Document and report all repairs and product failures.

What were looking for :

• Experience : Minimum 5 years in IVD
• Education : B.tech. in ECE, EEE
