Job descriptionFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in graphic design or digital media. Strong skills in Canva , Adobe Photoshop , and video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects preferred). Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics. Basic understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling. Must be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. Hybrid role — 2–3 days work from office (Gurgaon), rest remote. Friendly and flexible startup environment. Salary / Stipend : ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month (based on skills and performance). Job Type : Full-time, Entry-level. This is a direct in-house role at Pixel Portal , not a client-based or freelance position. Work directly with founders and creative strategists. Opportunity to build your portfolio with real-world brand projects. Learn across design, marketing, and storytelling. Grow with a team that values innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives , posts, banners, and digital ads for various brands.
- Create brochures, flyers, and marketing collaterals in line with brand guidelines.
- Edit short promotional videos and reels for online platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Assist in brainstorming new campaign ideas and visual concepts.
