Job Title : Senior Technical Architect (AWS Lambda)

Experience : 8+ Years

Type : Contract

Duration : 480 Hrs (2.5 months+ Extendable)

Location : Remote

Shift Timing : IST over lapping US Time

Job Description : Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Lambda
  • Experience with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud Voice (SVC)
  • Solution architecture experience for AWS-based voice / contact center solutions
  • Ability to work with business analysts and developers to design scalable solutions
  • Jira backlog ownership and technical leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the solution architecture for the contact centre transformation project
  • Define and implement technical strategy involving AWS and Service Cloud Voice
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers
  • Ensure best practices, code quality, and seamless AWS integration
  • Support deployment and stabilization phases
