Lead a 6–7 member powerhouse creative team.

🎨 What You’ll Own

• End-to-end creative strategy across ads, social, packaging & marketplaces
• Weekly creative calendars with clear concepts, hooks & direction
• Lead ideation & approve scripts, designs, videos, and communication
• Maintain brand consistency : tone, colors, style, storytelling, templates
• Drive high-performance ad output with rapid experiments & A / B tests
• Manage & mentor a 6 –7 member creative team (copy, design, video, camera, social)
• Collaborate with marketplace + NPD teams for listing visuals & packaging alignment
• Ensure 24 – 48 hour creative turnaround - speed without losing craft
