Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive based in Jamshedpur. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and generating revenue. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and meet revenue objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
Expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis to inform sales approaches
Negotiation and Deal Closing skills to achieve targets in a B2B selling environment
Proficiency in technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in a technology or service-oriented industry, is a plus
