We’re scaling from ₹40 Cr towards ₹150 Cr + in the next few years — and we’re looking for a driven Executive Assistant to join our CEO’s office and help shape that journey.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO on everything that drives growth - operations, strategy, digital transformation, people, and execution.

You’ll be part gatekeeper, part problem-solver, and part project manager - ensuring priorities are clear, actions get completed, and the organization moves in rhythm.

What You’ll Do

1️⃣ Executive Support & Prioritization

• Own and organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and daily priorities.
• Prepare briefs for meetings (context, agenda, key points, follow-ups).
• Draft, review, and manage communication — from emails to decks.
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before they reach the CEO.
