Role : Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience : 1–2 years

Location : Remote / Hybrid (Preference for candidates based in Kerala )

Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month

What You’ll Do

AI-Powered Creativity : Craft eye-catching videos, carousels, and graphics using any AI tools
Social Media Mastery : Drive engagement on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) – plan campaigns, schedule posts, and interact with our community of entrepreneurs.
SEO / SEM Strategy : Optimize website content for Google rankings and manage Google Ads campaigns to target MSMEs across India.
Data-Driven Decisions : Track performance metrics (ROI, CTR, engagement) and tweak strategies for maximum impact.
Content Calendar Management : Brainstorm viral-worthy ideas for Reels, polls, and stories that resonate with small business owners.
Collaborate : Work with designers, writers, and sales teams to align marketing with Finline’s mission.

We’re Looking For

A versatile portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, video edits, or SEO projects.

Proven track record on digital marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite , Google Analytics , and AI design tools.

Good understanding of SEO keywords management and SEM bid strategies .

Passion for storytelling – bonus if you’ve worked with fintech / MSME audiences!
