Job descriptionAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. Foster a shared understanding of product objectives and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Manage and communicate project milestones, risks, and outcomes effectively. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value. Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine and define clear, actionable user stories. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance. Continuously monitor product usage and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement. Mentor junior Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Lead by example to build a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing product team. 18+ years in product management or ownership roles, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched products. Proven experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies. Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent is preferred.) Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Expertise in market research, product design, and customer engagement strategies. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!). Experience in healthcare, care services Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Leader with an attitude of self-starter with excellent people skills. Effective time and project management. Analytical thinker and a great team player. Attention to detail is a must. Strong leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
Job title : Director Product Management
Work Location : Hyderabad or Chennai (open to Mumbai, Pune)
Work Arrangement : Requires a minimum of 9 working days per month from the Chennai office, with the remaining days flexible to be worked from any of the other listed locations.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with 18+ years of expertise in driving product innovation, aligning business goals with customer needs, and managing high-performing cross-functional teams. This role requires deep knowledge of domain (Healthcare mandatory), strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
