Job description

Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI / CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR

Must have Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system

Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs

Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools

Must have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) - Workorder / Incident / Change / Problem

Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude

Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to
