Qualifications

• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel industry tools or software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
