Data Analytics & Reporting

• Create comparative dashboards and reports for fund performance, drawdowns, alpha generation, and risk metrics.
• Collaborate with the Product and Advisory teams to identify data-led insights.
• Maintain and enhance internal research databases - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Analyse data from CRM, product, and sales platforms to generate insights that drive business growth.
• Assist leadership with ad hoc reports, investment performance insights, and competitor Benchmarking.
• Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate daily / weekly / monthly reports on partner onboarding performance and process metrics.
• Build dashboards & data visualizations to monitor KPIs (TAT, success rate, errors, etc.).
• Perform root-cause analysis

About the Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
