Job description

You’ll be one of the First Senior Engineers to join Revrag’s core team. This is a hands-on IC role with significant scope for ownership across infrastructure, platform engineering, security, and reliability. You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering manager to :

  • Design and implement high-availability infrastructure for real-time AI voice interactions
  • Build and manage scalable Kubernetes-based deployments (cloud + on-prem + private cloud)
  • Set up infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform / Pulumi
  • Lead the setup of multi-tenant, isolated environments and support for on-prem deployment
  • Define and implement observability and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Drive DevSecOps practices, SOC2 / ISO compliance automation, secrets management, access control
  • Architect CI / CD pipelines , staging / prod separation, rollout strategies (blue / green, canary)
  • Optimize infra for low-latency, high-throughput use cases , especially around AI inference and media streaming
  • Help integrate with third-party tools like CRMs or enterprise services
  • Collaborate with product and AI engineers to ensure infrastructure supports real-time AI services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, etc.)

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience as a backend / platform / infra / DevOps engineer in high-growth startups
  • Have experience scaling infra from seed to Series A+ , especially with real-time systems , AI / ML infra, or media streaming
  • Built and scaled multi-region or multi-tenant architectures
  • Are hands-on with Kubernetes , AWS / GCP , Docker , Terraform , Helm
  • Understand the tradeoffs between performance , cost , and stability
  • Have a strong sense of DevOps automation , GitOps practices, and security-first thinking
  • Have worked in or supported SOC2 / ISO27001 / compliance-sensitive environments
  • Value velocity with quality – you know when to move fast, and when to build it right
  • Enjoy collaborating across AI, product, and design – not just being given specs

    • Bonus (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with LiveKit , WebRTC , or media pipelines
  • Experience with SDK distribution or managing customer integrations
  • Background in performance tuning for AI pipelines
  • Familiarity with tools like Vault, ArgoCD, Spacelift, etc.
