Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager System, Analyst-BA- Agentic AI

In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

• .Requirements Gathering : Identify and document product requirements. Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
• .System Analysis and Design : Lead the analysis and design of systems to meet product requirements. Work closely with technical teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
• .Business Process Modeling : Develop and maintain business process models to support product development. Use these models to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• .Data Flow Diagrams : Create and manage data flow diagrams to visualize system interactions and data movement. Ensure that data flows are optimized for performance and security.Qualifications we seek in you!
