We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design, development, and integration of advanced robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mechanical design and development of robotic products, assemblies, and components.
• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, thermal analysis, and DFMEA to ensure design reliability.
• Collaborate closely with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical systems.
• Select materials and manufacturing processes based on project requirements and cost constraints.
• Evaluate and improve existing mechanical designs for performance, manufacturability, and durability.
• Support product documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
