Job Summary :

As a Business Analyst Database Developer at Biltmore Technology Solutions, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team comprising of business operations professionals, project managers and development teams to deliver cutting-edge financial technology solutions to banks, broker-dealers, and futures clearing merchants. The role requires you to analyse business processes, conduct complex data analytics on financial data sets, and develop technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of capital markets’ processes. This role demands proficiency in SQL programming and scripting languages, an good understanding of the Capital Markets concepts, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and financial / trading data.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for financial data processing and reporting.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex database solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Contribute to the development of real-time analytics tools and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for deployed solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide project management support.
