Role Overview :
The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, expanding market reach, and ensuring collections for the assigned branch. The role includes planning and executing sales activation initiatives, improving channel partner health, and maximizing market penetration across town categories.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve product-wise and category-wise monthly sales targets for the branch.
- Ensure necessary primary and secondary channel appointments to achieve business objectives.
- Improve market share by enhancing reach (ND & WD) and driving sales extraction.
- Plan and execute sales activation, BTL activities, CP meets, and brand positioning initiatives.
- Ensure collections as per monthly commitments and reduce ROD in line with corporate guidelines.
Channel Management
Monitor and improve the health of channel partners (dealers and distributors).Expand and optimize network, implement channel management strategies for each product and town category.Plan to maximize reach (ND & WD) across all town categories.Preferred Candidate Profile :
Experience in pumps, pipes, or paint industry is highly preferred.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage distribution networks.Strong understanding of channel management and market expansion strategiesSkills Required
