Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Architect and build complex, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.
  • Owning end-to-end development and delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Designing and optimizing large-scale distributed data processing using Apache Spark and Nifi.
  • Collaborating with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to align on technical vision.
  • Leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level engineers within the teams.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in backend development, with deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced experience with Apache Spark, Apache Nifi, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to make architectural decisions and drive technical strategy.
  • Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI / CD tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
