Major Responsibilities :
- Engage with potential learners and parents through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech products or learning programs.
- Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to closure.
- Convert warm leads into paid enrollments through consultative selling.
- Follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead status and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets assigned by the sales manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding experience post-sale.
