Job Overview :

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager based in Delhi NCR to drive institutional sales across corporate gifting, direct companies, reseller channels. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven ability to build strategic partnerships and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to resellers, corporate gifting, and direct companies. Providing samples and do display of products.
  • Lead Management : Identify, track, and nurture potential leads across different sales channels to maximize conversion rates.
  • Channel Management : Onboard and manage resellers, corporate clients, partners to expand market reach.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct research to understand consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Relationship Building : Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate buyers, resellers, procurement and product managers and marketing teams.
  • Revenue Growth : Drive sales performance by negotiating contracts, optimizing pricing, and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular sales reports to senior management

Key Requirements :

  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller management, corporate gifting and Direct companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for diverse clients.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in market research, contract negotiation, and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and sales reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
