Location : Gurugram (In-office)

Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Compensation : ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

About the Role

We’re hiring for a US-based rental-tech startup that’s simplifying tenant screening and lease approvals through technology-driven identity, income, and fraud verification.

As a Credit & Verification Analyst , you’ll review applications, verify financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Review tenant applications for completeness and accuracy.

Verify income proofs, IDs, and supporting financial documents.

Identify discrepancies or potential fraud using internal tools.

Communicate with property managers or applicants to resolve data gaps.

Maintain clear documentation and notes for every case.

Requirements

3 + years in credit operations, KYC, or loan processing .

Strong written & verbal English skills.

High attention to detail and process discipline.

Comfortable working across tools.

Ready to work evening / US shifts.

Good to Have

Background in underwriting, income verification, or fraud detection.

Experience in fintech or banking support processes.
