QA - Lead

Key Responsibilities (Short Version)

Define and implement test strategy, plans, and design to ensure quality and alignment with product requirements.

Perform manual and automated testing for web and API layers using tools like Postman, REST Assured, Playwright, or Selenium .

Conduct performance testing using JMeter to assess scalability, reliability, and stability under load.

Collaborate with developers, BAs, and managers to ensure full test coverage and timely issue resolution.

Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure product quality.

Perform regression testing and maintain reusable automation scripts and frameworks.

Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and defects.

Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and team efficiency.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , data formats ( JSON, XML ), and testing best practices.
