About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to help manage and grow the online presence of an international consumer app focused on learning and creativity for children in the United States. This role involves planning, creating, and executing social media strategies from the ground up. You will work closely with the founding team, take ownership of content creation, and build brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Create and edit engaging content such as reels, carousels, videos, and stories
- Research and adapt trends for a US parent and child audience
- Write captions, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and manage a content calendar
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaigns and new ideas
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience in social media management or content creationProficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video toolsExcellent English writing and communication skillsAwareness of Western (US) social media trends, tone, and audience preferencesSelf-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of resultsWhy Join Us
