Job descriptionInvolvement in developments related to MEK, MAK, IDM / Streamserve, Infor OS. Perform Dump Log Analysis and provide inputs for Data Migration. Handle access management and follow-up on user and role configurations, including Infor OS (IOS) security roles. Manage server and LCM access, including request handling and setup. Support server connectivity, including coordination with Active Directory (AD) groups. Coordinate patching, upgrades, and planning for SQL servers and BA clients. Maintain documentation in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW), etc. Debug and analyze issues to provide technical resolutions. Coordinate Xterme tickets and communicate with relevant stakeholders for updates and follow-ups. Assist with Stream server changes in coordination with Sandvik IT Services. Participate in Life Cycle Activities (LCA) for system maintenance. Contribute to technical design of enhancements related to M3 Business Engine (M3BE) and integrations. Update and maintain documentation and configurations in SharePoint related to M3BE changes. Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 technical development and support. Experience with Infor OS, Streamserve, and MAK / MEK tools. Proficient in debugging, documentation, and system analysis. Good understanding of SQL server maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management. Familiar with access / security controls, server management, and integration design. Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a global team environment. Proactive and process-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will collaborate globally with developers and stakeholders, offering both strategic and technical input on platform improvements, integrations, and maintenance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform development activities to meet business and IT requirements.
- Collaborate with global developers and stakeholders to identify and implement technological improvements.
- Conduct pre-studies, create system specifications, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Ensure developed systems are scalable, secure, accessible, and easily extendable.
- Propose technical solutions and suggest functional enhancements to business partners.
- Provide support and technical assistance to application development teams.
- Maintain security and integrity of systems, recommending policies and procedures for effective system delivery.
