Job Description :

Responsible for SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 configuration

Experience in Usage of Solution Manager in S / 4 HANA Implementation and Activate Methodology

Experience in Process Management in Solution Manager 7.2

Responsible for setup, configuration and troubleshooting of Run SAP components that includes Technical Monitoring, Alert Inbox, End to End Root Cause Analysis, Interface monitoring setup, End user Monitoring

Experience In setting up Business Process Monitoring, Analytics and Dashboards

Experience in Charm 7.2 setup, support & troubleshooting.

Experience in Custom Code Lifecycle Management(CCLM) setup, support & troubleshooting

Experienced in Data Volume Management (DVM), UPL, BPCA

Function as point of contact for production for SAP Basis Solution manager related issues. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities

Experience

8+ years of experience in required technologies and qualifications .

Qualifications (Minimum Education or Equivalent) BS in computer or related field and SAP Basis Certification

3 Full cycle Run SAP implementation experience

Good understanding on virtualization & high availability

Ability to multi-task

Good co-ordination and organization skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong customer service and conflict management skills
